This Payment Policy governs the terms and conditions related to payments made to “Brave Services Intelligence” for the use of our services.

1. Payment Terms:

• Payment for our services is due upon the acceptance of our services or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

1. Payment Methods:

• We accept payment via the following methods:
  • Credit or debit card
  • Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
  • PayPal
  • Any other method agreed upon in writing
  • Direct Bank Transfer Only For Pakistanis

1. Billing and Invoices:

• We will issue invoices for all charges incurred for the use of our services.
• Invoices will be sent to the email address provided by you or as otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment terms and due dates will be specified on the invoice.

1. Late Payments:

• Payments not received by the due date are subject to late fees.
• Late fees will accrue at a rate of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for accounts with outstanding balances.

1. Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of the date of order excluding UK Ltd & USA LLC formation fee.

1. Taxes/ Vat:

• You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with the use of our services.

1. Changes to Payment Policy:

• We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Payment Policy on our website.
