This Payment Policy governs the terms and conditions related to payments made to “Brave Services Intelligence” for the use of our services.
- Payment Terms:
- Payment for our services is due upon the acceptance of our services or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
- Payment Methods:
- We accept payment via the following methods:
- Credit or debit card
- Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
- PayPal
- Any other method agreed upon in writing
- Direct Bank Transfer Only For Pakistanis
- Billing and Invoices:
- We will issue invoices for all charges incurred for the use of our services.
- Invoices will be sent to the email address provided by you or as otherwise agreed upon.
- Payment terms and due dates will be specified on the invoice.
- Late Payments:
- Payments not received by the due date are subject to late fees.
- Late fees will accrue at a rate of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for accounts with outstanding balances.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of the date of order excluding UK Ltd & USA LLC formation fee.
- Taxes/ Vat:
- You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with the use of our services.
- Changes to Payment Policy:
- We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Payment Policy on our website.
